Designed and developed the official website for L-PRES Enugu, a World Bank–backed agricultural project committed to transforming livestock productivity and resilience across Enugu State. Clear structure, rural-focused accessibility, and strong messaging were key.

L-PRES Enugu is part of a federal-level programme aimed at enhancing livestock production across Nigeria. For Enugu State’s rollout, we created an informative and impactful web presence to help promote the mission, vision, and activities of the project to the general public and stakeholders. Simple, yet effective and passed the information needed without any complexity.

  • Government-Grade Design: Created a formal yet modern design suitable for a state-wide government project, with clear typography and structure to inspire public trust and accessibility.

  • Content Structuring: Helped distill complex World Bank project language into web-friendly, citizen-readable messaging aligned with the Governor’s manifesto.

  • Mobile-Responsive Build: Optimised for rural and low-bandwidth areas with fully responsive design across mobile and tablet devices.

  • Brand-Aligned Typography & Colours: Used legible and c lear serif style fonts to convey seriousness and tradition, balanced with modern layout structure.

  • Homepage Highlights: Introduced the initiative with clearly defined sections: “We Are…”, Mission, Vision, and Strategic Focus Areas.

  • SEO-Ready Setup: Included alt tags, heading hierarchy, and metadata to ensure the site is indexable by search engines and visible to local researchers and stakeholders.

  • Accessibility Considerations: High-contrast text, legible font sizes, and clear CTA buttons to accommodate a wide user base including farmers and government staff.
